About the Group
Business leaders, executives, and seasoned entrepreneurs, join us for this weekly Executive Leadership Cohort—a transformative journey designed for visionary leaders ready to elevate their strategic acumen and redefine success. In this exclusive cohort, you'll embark on a dynamic exploration of advanced leadership principles, guided by seasoned experts and bolstered by a community of like-minded executives.
When and Where
This hybrid program meets online, and in-person on the fourth week of every month. The in-person meetings are hosted at the location of participating members, allowing each individual to showcase their industry, and expertise.
Group Leadership
Ascend is led by husband and wife, Marq and TeNeika Neasman, active members and leaders of Faith Assembly since 2014. They have served on the Prayer Team, Biblical Finance, Faith Christian Academy, Men's Ministry, and the Media Team.
Marq is a Management Consultant, and Speaker, with more than a decade of experience in business and leadership development. He is the Founder of Marq Neasman Consulting, a High-Performance Leadership Firm, serving c-suite executives and businesses. He has over $2.75 M in sales, trained 8,500+ leaders and professionals, and over 28,000 hours in leadership, communications, management, and sales training.
TeNeika is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and customer loyalty. TeNeika's work in marketing and business development has earned the merit of over 42,000 Central Florida business owners, and High-Performance Leaders to the likes of Orlando Mayor, Buddy Dyer, and President Barack Obama. In addition, she has served as project lead on some of Orlando's greatest projects, like Creative Village and Randall Park.
